Personality: LeeAnn is very innocent when it comes to the world. She knows of the Rebellion and the Police force, and the war between them, but it seems more of a romanticized story than reality. This is mainly because her father Warren has gone out of his way to make sure she stays safe. As a result she's generally cheerful and optimistic (a sharp contrast to her father). LeeAnn is on the verge of turning 18, and despite her sweet nature, she has a stubborn streak, which is currently being fueled into her desire to join the Rebellion, despite her father's orders.
History: LeeAnn was born a couple weeks late, not too long after the Fall. She heard the stories about her uncle from her mother and their neighbors, but never from her father. She was rarely allowed to go far from home, only to pick up food from the Market and a few other places, and all of her education was taught at home along with her younger brother Jacob.
She once met a Rebellin member by the name of Tim. His brother, Jim, is the mail carrier that delivers her father's materials. Tim had been shot by a police man and severely injured by it when he dropped on their doorstep, asking for help. LeeAnn and her mother nursed him back to health. He fascinated LeeAnn and further pushed her resolve to join the Rebellion.

-LeeAnn enjoys Jim's visits a lot. He serves as a link to the outside of her sheltered world... and lets her know how Tim's doing.
-The locket around her neck belonged to her grandmother. It's passed down to the women of her father's family. It first belonged to her great-great grandmother. Currently she has a picture of her Grandmother and a photo of her Uncle Jacob (Her father doesn't know that she has it). He means a lot her and she looks up to him like an idol, after all, he lost his life when she gained hers.
-She has no skill with weaponry, but she knows basic self-defense.
